Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders on every business day, this means your package will most likely always arrive the next business day. Shipping abroad can take up to 14 business days. Of course, in many cases this will be much faster. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders in The Netherlands that are above 80 euros. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

For orders where the return period has expired, returns can only be made in our store.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day and typically delivered the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following working day.
Delivery within Germany and the rest of Europe typically takes 2–5 working days. For international shipping (including North America, South America, and Australia), please allow 5–10 working days.
We use GLS as our shipping carrier. You will receive a Track & Trace link with your order confirmation. You can also find your tracking information in your customer account and on https://gls-group.com/BE/vl/pakket-volgen/.
You can return your order within 14 days to get your order refunded. If this period has been passed, please reach out to info@nolson.nl.
Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Of course it is not supposed to happen that your item is damaged, if this has happened please contact our customer service. All details for this are on our contact page, then we will provide help as soon as possible!
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. Please enquire for more information about our Refund policy.
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

We at NØLSON would like to deal with the environment in a more conscious way and are therefore committed to a more sustainable return process. A return can be started for €7.99 and a label can be downloaded via the returns portal.
Your order will first be returned to our warehouse. After that, we’ll carefully repack it using fresh packaging materials. This way, we can make sure the item is in perfect condition and ready to make another customer happy.
Loyalty program
Go to the loyalty page in your account and redeem the amount of points. Be careful, you can only redeem points you earned. When you redeem your earned, you will receive a voucher which you can use at the checkout.
