Are the items you ordered and received not to your preference, or have you changed your mind?
At NØLSON you can return the purchased products within 14 days following date of receipt.

Fill in the return form, otherwise we can't help you.

Payment and Returns

Follow these simple steps for returning items:
• Visit the Return Portal or download the Return Form.
• Fill out the form.
• A return form will be presented to you by the portal, print that.
• Include the return-form with the item you’re sending back towards us.
• Return the item in the original Nølson packaging.
• Pack the item in the originally delivered packaging.
• Cover your own address details with the label of the carrier that you have chosen. Make sure the package is closed well.
• Please do not damage or write on the packaging/box.
• To return your NØLSON items we charge a return fee of €3,99 for shipments within NL. This €3,99 fee will be charged as soon as you register your return within our returns portal. This reduced rate only applies if you send your return via our returns portal.If you wish to return using another carrier, you will be charged the full direct cost of the return. For international return shipments normal shipping fee could apply on your shipment.
• Step 1: Put the items you want to return back in the box together with the return form. If you do not include a return form, unfortunately your return cannot be processed.
Step 2: Stick the return sticker on the packaging of the box. *Pay attention to the environment: do not stick the return sticker directly on the box, do not write on the box, do NOT damage the box. This is because this box can be reused. Make sure no other addresses are visible to avoid confusion with the carrier.
Step 3: Return the box to a PostNL location near you.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code you get at the checkout when you drop off the parcel.
You will receive a confirmation email after the carrier has received your returned items and after Nølson has received the returned item(s).

Shipping Within The Netherlands

We always try our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. Therefore we ship all shipments with PostNL within the Netherlands.
With our Track & Trace code you can easily track your shipment.

We ship orders on every business day, this means your package will most likely always arrive the next business day. In some cases it will happen that it takes up to 2-3 business days.

In the event that your shipment has not been received within this period of time, please contact us via info@nolson.nl.

Exchanging Items

Exchanging our products is possible. Exchanging is only possible if the products have not been used, washed or worn. If you want to exchange an item for a similar item in a different size or color, return the item with the fully completed return form and clearly indicate which item you wish to exchange.

Return Conditions

The following conditions apply to returning items:

  • Items that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Please do not damage or write on the box.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag or sticker still attached.
  • The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly and be included with the returned items.

Nølson can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Refunds, By Payment Method

If you have returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded by the same payment method you used when ordering. See below for more information:

  • Creditcard: the purchase amount is automatically returned to your credit card account within 1 to 4 weeks.
  • PayPal: automatically processes Refunds.
  • Bancontact/Mister Cash: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
  • SOFORT Banking: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 4 business days.
  • Giropay: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Ideal: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
